Finally, I spent a bit more time to find out how to upload images to BloggerSpot that got uploaded to Google+ or Google Photos since the Classic Picasa Web Album is no longer supported... beside uploading from your hard drive, etc. Google itself does not talk about it or I can't find the instructions but this site by peggyktc got it all in details.
