So, what else can I do with sourdough bread . . . eat it for lunch. With what? Oyster mushrooms.
Ingredients:
1 package Oyster Mushrooms, washed and dried, sliced into 3rds.
2 Tb butter
1 tsp garlic, chopped
Salt to taste
2 Mini-Sourdough baguettes
Procedures:
Heat the saute pan over medium high heat.
Add butter. Allow to bring to sizzle.
Add and stir fry oyster mushrooms.
Add garlic and salt.
Cook till liquid from mushrooms evaporates and mushrooms turns slightly golden.
Add cooked mushrooms between sourdough baguettes
and serve warm
