Japanese Cotton Soft Cream Cheesecake


About a month ago, I came across this Japanese Cream Cheesecake. It is cotton soft and delicious. It is fluffy and light.

    Thank you. If you like it, and if you have not done already, please check http://rockdavinci.blogspot.com/2010/08/japanese-cream-cheesecake.html that turned out a bit more different. I used a smaller pan and made it taller... just my preference.
