POLLY'S CAULIFLOWER STEAK DINNER
ARE WE CAUGHT UP YET WITH OTHER CRAZY COOKING DURING 2022 COVID-19 STORMS?
Let's see, Winter came and gone with beautiful spring weather that was different from last year. The temperature rose gradually than 2021's. Plants seemed to be more steady in its growth. But noticed some strange behavior right now in the summer - the heat seems to be prickly hot on the skin than the last year, and fruit trees are growing smaller size fruits.

OTHER CRAZY COOKING TO PASS COVID-19 STORMS IN 2022
Other crazy cooking to pass COVID-19 days in and out can be very tiring. Sometimes, I let the dishes just pile up mile high, then, stack them into the dish washer. The hand washing dishes are quick, but really... after working 8 hours, then, cooking 3 meals in between is really crazy. I've tried food delivery services two times during the COVID-19 craziness and about 5 curbside food order pickup. My impression is that some restaurant should not do to-go order if they don't know how their food looks like after 20 minutes of travelling or etc. Or at least test out the To-Go food before putting them on food as To-Go-Foodable.
1. Polly's simple Kale and Celery stir fry. Just chop, oil, and salt. Serve with hot wild rice with Basmati or with Black Rice or Quinoa.
Home make bread crumbs from the home baked sour dough bread. Fresh onionis and vinaigrette.
3. Fried MOCHI testing. After reserving some fresh mochi that I rolled out, sliced and air dried, I decided to fry them.
Interestingly, they puffs up and became a crunchy cookies. These are MOCHI power mixed with water to form a dough and flattened out.
Filled with home made TARO paste.
or left alone to dry.
Surprising, they puffed up.
This one's center is soft.
Sprinkle with sugar and enjoy!

3. Quick Pickled Radishes - Ii don't think you need introduction. See how Cute and pretty they are.
Wash the radish well to make clean sands, etc, hiding in the greens. Otherwise, chop them off and feed them into your vege garden's compost.
*Save the Radish greens and Stir Fry with some oil and salt.
Blanched or a minute or not blanched is all up to you.
Make the soysauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil dressing. Enjoy!
