I often browse through COSTCO's bakery section. Mouth watering... grab one and look at the ingredients. I can't handle all the ingredients listed anyways after loosing gallbladder. I put the box back. I will stick with mine.
1. Big Muffin Tops with Almond Crumbles and or Apricot preserve filled.
Recipe: Large Muffin Top Breakfast
Fill the other mold with batter plus some Apricot preserve with a bit more batter on top, then, with Almond crumbles.
2. Take a break and do some painting. It was relaxing.
3. Quick Pickled Radishes - Ii don't think you need introduction. See how Cute and pretty they are.
Wash the radish well to make clean sands, etc, hiding in the greens. Otherwise, chop them off and feed them into your vege garden's compost.
*Save the Radish greens and Stir Fry with some oil and salt.
Blanched or a minute or not blanched is all up to you.
Make the soysauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil dressing. Enjoy!
3. Creamy Milk Almond Extract Tofu Jello for dessert.
Cook AGAR AGAR sticks till completely dissolved in MILK; then add some sugar to taste. Let it cook and add a teaspoon of pure Almond Extract. Refrigerate
Slice the Milk jello into desired sizes. Add a can of Lychee or Fruit Cocktails in natural Juice.
Serve Chilled. You can add simple syrup with a teaspoon of pure Almond extract for the cool taste.
*I find making with Agar Agar powder produce a finer milk jello.
